And agreed upon.
Notice of commencement has been signed and duly notarized.
Permits are being pulled.
For the new kitchen….

I can feel your excitement over the remodeling project through your post. Have fun and try not to stress over it. Do take plenty of photos before, during and after the process.

You can be assured I'll be taking plenty of pics!
The lights are old insulators.I found someone on eBay that was selling them already prewired.I think they'll be perfect over the island.
