Kale Chips……

               I planted waaaaay too much Kale this past Fall…..

    Even if they tasted like dirt, they'd still be roughly a bazillion times better for you than standard chips. Good flavor is a nice bonus... I'll have to try that with some of ours. Thanks for sharing.

    Incidentally, kale is one of my new favorite plants. It's great for chickens, too.
